I’m a returning customer, how do I make an order?
Just log into your account or as a guest, then carry on with your purchase. If you haven’t already created an account with us, place your order and indicate ‘create an account’.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Of course, you can speak directly with Klaudia and call her or WhatsApp message here on +49 176 3265689. She can be reached Monday to Saturday, 1000 - 1700.

Where are you shipping to and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide. Shipping within Germany and Austria takes around 2-3 working days, free of charge for you. Shipping within the EU costs 6€ and takes 3-5 working days. We also ship overseas with a shipping rate of 20€, taking 7-10 working days. We also offer next-day shipment within Germany for 10€ if you place your order before 1400 in order to receive your parcel the next day.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our collection is manufactured mostly in Klaudia’s native North Macedonia and sometimes even in Germany. We work with GOTS certified companies that have extensive experience in manufacturing clothing for many decades and are all family owned. Smaller productions are crafted by our head seamstress herself who is either based in North Macedonia or Germany. We use high-quality fabrics from fine suppliers mostly from France, but also from Italy and they are all hand-selected by Klaudia Karamandi herself.

How can I determine what size I am in your collection?
We personally work with European German size systems, which can be easily translated into international sizing. For example, if you are a size Medium, you will receive an item in size 38. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact Klaudia on +49 176 3265689 or email sales@klaudiakaramandi.com and she will be happy to help you find the right size.

How do I track my order?
When dispatching your order, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please note that the status can take a bit of time to update.

How do I know when my delivery will arrive?
Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll email you to confirm dispatch and delivery details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

My product has arrived but there is a problem with the size or fit and I would like to return it or exchange.
We want to ensure your item is 100% perfect for you which is why we encourage you to call or email us if you have any questions that come to your mind before purchasing from our collection. However it could always be the case that something isn’t right in the end and we will be more than happy to assist you. You can simply contact us by emailing sales@klaudiakaramandi.com and request a return stating your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 24 hours and will arrange a shipping label for the return, however we have to charge a 5€ fee for arranging the shipment within the EU, 15€ outside of the EU. Please note that there’s a 14 day period from arrival of your order to make a return.

How will I be refunded?
We will email you once the item has been returned to the atelier. On confirmation of this, please allow up to 7-10 working days for your refund to appear in the account of your original payment method.
Can I make changes to my existing order
If you need to make any changes to an existing order, contact us as soon as possible on +49 176 3265689.

PAYMENT

What type of payment forms do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard, American Express. Alternatively you can also pay via Paypal. We also offer you payment options through Klarna, you can choose it as a payment option.

Why has my payment failed?
Payment issues occur for a number of reasons. First, check you’re using a card we accept (including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard, American Express). Have you entered the card details correctly Is your billing address correct If you’ve checked everything above and it still isn’t working, we recommend you give your bank or card issuer a call to check there are enough funds in your account to make the payment.
